Employee Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan - Eligible employees (32 hours or more per week) can contribute to a TSA through Nationwide Financial Services Company on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Contributions through payroll deductions are pre-taxed dollars.
Employer Paid Pension Plan - The Hospital has an Employer Paid 403(b) Retirement Plan with Nationwide Financial Services Company with a percentage contributed for eligible employees. Employees with authorized hours at 32 per week or more are eligible for enrollment in the plan on the first of the month following one continuous year of employment.
