Employee Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan - Eligible employees (24 hours or more per week) can contribute to a TSA through AIG Valic Annuity Insurance Company on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Contributions through payroll deductions are pre-taxed dollars.

Employer Paid Pension Plan - The Hospital implemented an Employer Paid 403(b) Retirement Plan with AIG Valic Annuity Insurance Company with a matching percentage contribution for eligible employees March 2003. Employees with authorized hours at 24 per week or more are eligible for enrollment in the plan on the first of the month following one continuous year of employment.
