ACCEPTING APPS CNA-MED/SURG
IMMEDIATE NEED FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS FOR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS FOR DAY OR NIGHT SHIFTS.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the CNO, Nursing Director: Inpatient Services, Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, and charge nurses, this position encompasses assisting with the provision and management of patient care within the scope of practice of unlicensed assistive personnel.
I. Minimum Qualifications:
License & Certifications
Current unencumbered Arizona Certified Nurse Aide Certificate (preferred)
Current BLS certification
Successful completion of arrhythmia course within 6 months from date of hire
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: None required
Knowledge and Skills:
Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written
Able to work and multitask in fast paced environment
Able to manage and prioritize patient care appropriately and effectively
Demonstrates knowledge of common tasks within scope of practice (e.g. bed bath, bed making, ambulatory and patient transfer assist, etc.).
Demonstrates ability interpret cardiac rhythms
Above average computer skills
Demonstrates ability to navigate the electronic healthcare record
Familiar with Microsoft word and excel
Equipment: Sequential compression device, continuous passive motion, vital sign monitors
