Family Practice Physician for Hospital Owned Rural Health Clinics in Parker and Quartzsite, AZ. 4 10 HOUR SHIFTS, Clinic open Monday - Friday, No Call, JI's Welcome. La Paz County is designated as a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs). Pay off your student loans while serving a community in need.
Clinic physician for Hospital-Owned Clinics in Parker and Quartzsite, Arizona. Medicare-certified Rural Health Clinic seeks physician staff member. FM/IM/Board Certified. Hospital owned clinic staffs with physician plus midlevel.
Physician practice is 65% Medicare. Heavy volume in winter. Expect to see 25-28 patients per day. Competitive salary, benefits, bonus. Employed position. Relocation up to $15,000 with a two contract.

Excellent digital imaging equipment including 64-slice and MRI. Our medical staff is a great resource and excellent to work with. No routine admissions although will serve as emergency backup for hospitalists.
Requirements:
Family Practice Board Certified/Eligible, licensed in AZ
Full benefits, vacation, sick, health, dental, and vision, life, ltd and retirement.
Up to 168 PTO hours at end of year. CME support is $2500 the first year plus three days time off.
Pay is based on $65 per RVU's. Sign on Bonus for $10K for one year, $20K to two years.
